FLOA purchased the lot next to The Clubhouse in July!

We're excited to develop it in a way that benefits our community, neighbors, and put it to the highest possible use for Forest Lakes.
Parking is currently top of the list.

Thank you to all the volunteers who showed up to help clean the National Forest lot and the New FLOA Lot.
We appreciate the use of the equipment including dump trailers, chain saws, stump grinders, rakes and more to help with the clean up.
We also appreciate the snacks to help with the increased appetites!
FLOA is doing a fundraiser to cover the cost of the purchase of and improvements to the new lot.

In response to multiple serious collisions on the AZ-260 in June and July, several agencies conducted a hazardous moving violation detail from Payson to Show Low
on July 10 and 11, 2025.

An expanded police presence will be seen on AZ-260 through September.

At the June Community Meeting 10 homeowners were drawn to win

Firewise Forest Lakes members dropped off green waste from their property at the green waste transfer station and turned in their receipt for an entry ticket.

Deputy Robert McKeever.
Deputy McKeever has served and lived in Forest Lakes for many years. Johnny, who will be going into his Senior year in High School, has been in the the hospital since June 6th, with a brief visit home over July 4th. What was thought to be dehydration turned out to be a serious liver condition.

The Transfer Station is on US Forest Service property adjacent to Forest Lakes and is available for safe community disposal of green waste (logs, slash, needles).
