Forest Lakes Community Library

Established in 1993, the Library is located at  3031 Old Rim Road in the Chevelon Butte School District building.

The library is composed of over 12,000 books, DVD’s and videos.

Patrons may access the internet by using one of the six public computers or you can log-on with your laptop via the 24/7 wireless connection.

The library hosts many activities throughout the year,  including a Kids Summer Program, a Book Club, and fundraisers.

Come on in and check out the Library. You’ll be quite impressed.

READING PRIZES FOR KIDS AND YOUNG ADULTS

Even with Covid, this has been the library’s best season (twice as many books checked out this June then last year), but we reallllllly are lacking in one critical area and need your help.

The state measures success by how much time kids spend reading this summer. 

If you have kids or grandkids, please sign them up, even if they only visit here or if they are in the Valley reading.  

Download the READING DRAGON below and print out. Prizes are given out when they reach each mile marker.
